Suroth was officially founded 600 yeras ago by the Surtanot Rajput, Raja BalDev Singh. The ruling family of SUROTH are considered the descendents of Jaipur Riyasat, The Surtanot Rajput.
Red stone ramparts surrounded the walled city with bastions for security. Till date the village was boasts of many gates. The palace of Suroth is the 600 years old building which is a treasure trove of architecture, stone carvings, gorgeous jail work, glass inlay work, classic paintings with elaborated ornamented stucco work and frescoes.
Suroth fort was converted into heritage hotel 10 years ago. A Heritage hotel offer’s Twenty Air-conditioned and furnished rooms with all modern amenities like hairdryers, electric cattle etc in all the rooms.
Rajasthani, Indian & continental cuisines are prepared with great care to make you visit a rich experience in Indian Royal Gastronomy. Special meal preferences for children and people with dietary restrictions are supervised by us.
Our hotel goal is too make our guest feel like they our at home even though they our away from their home . We offer rural activities which make them feel like they our part of our village.
